Corporate Gifts Shipping

All those who purchase corporate gifts can now select the shipping option for corporate gifts to avoid the regular standard shipping charges needed to account the large sized items available in the bath, home and garden catalogs.

Please do not select this shipping option if the item you are ordering does not fall into the corporate gifts category. Your order will not be accepted.

Shipping Information

The majority of our orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), Fedex or DHL service. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep within 10 business days after receipt of your order. Due to the number of orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing from the time order is submitted. Please note that shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires 2nd DAY UPS services.

Most of our home and garden items are made on order and require at least 4-6 weeks production, pending on product purchased. Our floral arrangements are created by some of the top designers in the US and require a 4-6 weeks production time as the designers need to set time to create these arrangements as they come. We cannot accept cancellations on home and garden products as these are made on order.

Please note that heavy items especially concrete products may require additional shipping charges due to the use oversize packages and packaging.

Where motor freight shipping is involved, please note that the additional shipping will usually be added to the price of the item ordered. Please note that you cannot refuse motor freight shipping when the items are delivered to you, otherwise you will be charged for the additional truck shipping cost for the return shipment. Truck and motor freight shipping is very expensive.

 

Freight Shipments and Concrete Items

Customers must inspect all truck freight deliveries for damages before signing the delivery receipt. If any damage is found please notate the nature of damage on the delivery receipt. Please note that if damage is not noted on the delivery receipt it will be impossible to file a damage claim with the freight companies. We are not responsible for damages incurred after an item is signed clear with the freight company.

 

Rush Delivery

We do service rush delivery on specific items if they are within stock. We need time in processing the delivery of specific large products as they are custom made by the manufacturer. As such, for custom made products, do not select rush delivery as the option. These would include items in the garden catalogs, selective products within our home decorating catalogs and our bakers racks in the Kitchen Catalog.

Please note that rush delivery is very expensive on stone statues and can sometimes cost far more than the product purchased. The 2nd Day UPS shipping charges given at checkout for such items are not accurate and will not be observed. 

 

Packaging and Claim Information

Kaccents.com makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all merchandise is properly packaged prior to shipping. We use specially engineered materials and packaging supplies to ensure that your order is properly protected when in transit. All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure that they are free of defects. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect all shipments at the time of delivery prior to signing for receipt of merchandise. The customer is required to check all packages for any visible signs of damage and/or negligence on the part of the carrier and request a damage inspection if the merchandise has been found to be damaged. Any damaged shipments shipped via United Parcel Service, USPS or Federal Express should be refused at the time of delivery. If a UPS or Federal Express shipment is found to be damaged after it has been accepted, contact kaccents.com to enable us to initiate proper action. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY SHIPPING CARTONS OR PACKING MATERIALS.

You may also refuse delivery of damaged items. Please note that if damage is not noted on the delivery receipt the freight companies will not accept any responsibility for the damage.

If these instructions are not followed, the damage claim will not be valid and neither kaccents.com nor UPS, USPS, Fedex or DHL can be held liable or responsible for any damage or loss thereby incurred by the purchaser.
