Also known as the Little Flower of Jesus, Saint Therese, born Therese Martin, defined her path to God and the holiness as "The Little Way" and became a Carmelite Nun at age 15. St Therese visualized the seasons in keeping with God's love affair with us. Always surrounded by flowers, she saw herself as the "Little Flower of Jesus," who gave glory to God and who preached inspiring messages on God for all to follow. The sculpture is beautifully crafted with Italian artistry with close attention to detail. The finish reflects a combination of hand-sprayed and airbrushed painting to create a natural appearance and captures the peaceful and calmness of the saint. The color combinations are consistent with the Church's tradition.
