Saint Bernadette of Lourdes - 20"H

Hailing from Lourdes, Frances, Saint Bernadette Soubirous was noted to have seen 18 apparitions of Our Lady of Lourdes who also identified herself at the Imamculate Conception. Truly what was inspiring about this saint was perhaps revealed much later during the beatification when her body was exhumed for the first time in 1909 and found to have been incorruptible. Her body showed no signs of decomposition. Till today, Saint Bernadette was noted for the many miracles that resulted from her meeting with Our Lady including the spring of water that were noted to have curative properties.

The sculpture is derived from a handcrafted replica and offers the fine features and details that you would expect from classic Italian statuary.
