The back of this desk pad is finished with a felt pad to prevent scratching. Comes with a solid cherry, ogee-molded sidebars and has a black, bonded leather writing surface.

The famous Thomas Jefferson Cypher appears as a polished brass medallion found at the top of both sidebars.
